The package is valid for ONE PERSON aged 12 years or older. Please note alcohol will be served only to guests aged 18 years plus.

For two guests, twin share and double room configurations are available with an en suite. Single travellers may be assigned a single room (subject to availability on request) or a twin room shared with another adult of the same gender and a shared bathroom. Please make your selection when booking.

Maximum tour group size is five people, minimum is 10 people.

Please note walkers aged 69 or above will be required to have a document signed by their GP. Minimum age for the walk is 12 years old.

Bedding configuration is one double bed, twin beds or a single bed.

Maximum Room Capacity: Maximum room capacity is two adults.

Tour includes accommodation at Twelve Apostles Lodge.

Allocated hotels are subject to availability and may be replaced with a similar hotel depending on your chosen tour date.

International flights and airport transfers are not included on this tour. Airport transfers can be pre-booked with the tour operator for an additional charge.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended as tour company does not provide refunds for cancellation, injury, evacuation, delayed flights or illness.

The Twelve Apostles Lodge Walk reserves the right to cancel any trip, due to low guest numbers or other circumstances out of its control. If a trip is cancelled a full refund will be provided for the trip costs however; the Twelve Apostles Lodge Walk will not be responsible for reimbursement of cost of flights, accommodation, hire car, meals or any other incidental coast which are or may be incurred in relation to the cancelled trip.

The Twelve Apostles Lodge Walk is a Moderate graded walk. It involves walking with a light day pack (3-5kg) on uneven hiking trails for up to 8 hours a day at approximately 3km per hour. To enjoy this walk you will need reasonable fitness. On day two the walk is more challenging and is rated hard.

As long as you regularly exercise or are capable of walking between 7 - 17 kms each day you should enjoy the experience. The best preparation for a walk is walking. Do some hill training and increase your distances over time.

Pick-up from Tullamarine Airport is not included in your package.

Guests can self-drive to the walk. If choosing to self-drive, please advise tour operator at least seven (7) days prior to arrival. Non-use of Melbourne transfers is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for other services or cash.

You will be required to carry your lunch, water, a waterproof jacket and personal items each day in a 32-litre day pack (this should weigh no more than 5kg).

Beer is available for an additional surcharge, payable directly to the tour operator.

Please note should you choose not to partake in the helicopter flight, a refund cannot be provided.
