Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice prior to event date will not incur a cancellation fee
• Cancellations within 24 hours of event date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Terms & Conditions:

• The Lūʻau runs rain or shine. The reservations department will contact you if there is a cancellation due to extreme weather
• Must be aged 21+ for alcohol consumption and provide valid ID upon request
• Every Luau ticket includes free admission to the Waikiki Aquarium. Guests will receive physical tickets at Lū'au check-in, which are valid for 14 days after their Lūʻau date. Redeemable during the Aquarium's regular business hours (Every day: Entry from 9am–4.30pm)
• Cultural activities are subject to change depending on availability. Descriptions have been provided as an example only
