Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 3 days before your chosen date) - 100% Things don't always work out. This experience may be cancelled with a 100% refund up until 7 days after booking confirmation subject to below conidtions:

Cancellations

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to your booking
• Driver will wait for delay of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your booking and no refund will be provided

Changes to Booking

• 24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

• Valid for the location selected at the time of purchase only — please make your selection carefully

Important:

• Rates are per car, one way
• Ensure you have return transfers by purchasing an arrival and departure transfer
• A three-passenger car can fit three pieces of luggage; a six-passenger car can fit six pieces of luggage
• One infant seat can be pre-booked free of charge. Additional seats will be charged 210THB per seat required. Guests can also bring their own infant seat free of charge.
• Driver will wait for delays of up to one hour. Delays exceeding one hour will result in the cancellation of your transfer booking and no refunds will be provided

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
