Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 5 days before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 5 days before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than five (5) days before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within five (5) days of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

Changes to Booking

72 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available on request: 8am–7pm (last start time), departing every 30 minutes
• Pick-up and drop-off available from selected accommodation. Please advise of hotel details at time of booking
• Bookings valid to 31 December 2024

Important:

• Prices listed include the cost of your private hire vehicle and any and all tolls and surcharges
• Prices do not include entrance fees (if any) or any food/drinks you choose to buy during your tour
• If you wish to ‘add on’ a ticketed activity like a river cruise or Singapore Flyer ride to your tour, you can do so during booking - additional charges apply, payable directly to Hello Singapore Tours
• Children aged 0–11 may attend free of charge. Please advise of any attending children at time of booking
• Private hire vehicles seat a maximum of 12 guests (eight if you have luggage) plus tour guide and driver (this includes any free children)
• All tours take place regardless of weather conditions. Please ensure to bring an umbrella and wear appropriate clothing and footwear according to weather conditions and comfort

• Hello Singapore Tours cannot be held accountable for any cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, vehicle malfunctions, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour. Hello Singapore Tours retains the right to cancel or alter any trip due to uncontrollable factors, including but not limited to weather conditions, mechanical issues, as well as limited or unavailable parking on-site
