• Due to the religious nature of the Cathedral, all individuals regardless of gender must cover their shoulders and knees. You can bring extra covering (scarves, etc) to put on just before entering the Cathedral

Terms & Conditions:

• This tour is not suitable for children under the age of 7 years of age. Due to security reasons children under 7 years of age aren't allowed to climb to the Terraces. Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces
• All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times
• All guests (including children) must bring photo ID on the day of their tour
• This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
• Due to conditions inside the Duomo (463 steps and fairly narrow), wheelchairs, those with limited mobility, and anyone with claustrophobia cannot be accommodated on this tour
• The tour will run rain or shine so please dress for the elements and bring a hat and sunscreen during the summer months
• Due to circumstances beyond Walks' control, sites may occasionally close. Every effort is made to stay as close to the itinerary as possible but substitutions/omissions may be necessary
• The Cathedral of Florence occasionally closes for special celebrations/festivities, including Easter ceremonies. If this occurs during your visit, Walks will run an alternative itinerary that includes an explanation of the Cathedral from the outside and extra highlights of the city center. Walks are unable to provide refunds or discounts if the Cathedral closes unexpectedly
• Walks cannot be held accountable for any tour cancellations or changes caused by weather conditions, road hazards, or other unexpected circumstances that may impede the scheduled tour
