Things don’t always work out, so enjoy peace of mind knowing that the following cancellation options are available to you.

• From 1 day before your chosen date, onwards - Non-refundable
• Up to 7 days after purchase (and at least 1 day before your chosen date) - 100%
• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure date: no cancellation fees apply
• Cancellations within 24 hours of departure date, late arrivals and no-shows: 100% cancellation fee applies

24 hours’ notice is required to change a booking you have made

Availability:

• Available every day in season (selected days from December – April): Departs 9am or 12.30pm (final departure)
• Meeting Point: Cougar Mountain Basecamp, Sixteen Mile Creek Forest Service Road, Whistler, BC, V0N 1B8, Canada. Follow your map app of choice to Cougar Mountain Road, just a 15-minute drive from Whistler Village. After turning off the highway, a short uphill drive through the forest will take you to the basecamp
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to scheduled tour time. Late arrivals and no-shows voids offer
• Bookings valid to 7 April 2025

Important:

• There is a zero-tolerance policy for any drugs or alcohol consumed prior or during any activities. The Adventure Group reserves the right to cancel tours if there is an indication that guests are under the influence
• Guests are strongly discouraged from participating in any physical activities if injured or pregnant
• Transportation to Cougar Mountain Basecamp is available from Whistler Village for an additional charge of CA$10 per person, departing from the Gateway Bus Loop (subject to change)
• Surcharges and bookings are to be arranged directly with The Adventure Group
• Please allow up to 3.5 hours for this experience, including transport on a 4x4 to and from the trail head and a snack break
• Guests aged 15 and under require a 19+ adult to join them on tour. Guests aged 16+ are able to join all tours without chaperone, granted the minimum requirements are met

Terms & Conditions:

• Itinerary is subject to change depending on availability, weather and road conditions
• Guests must be physically capable and fit to walk 2km in the snow
• All guests must sign a release of liability waiver prior to participating in any activity. Guests who are 16 years and older sign their own waiver. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver on their behalf.
• Tour itineraries, routes and stops may change or be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, road hazards or mechanical issues
• Minimum numbers may apply for tour to proceed. If a tour fails to satisfy minimum numbers, the trip may be cancelled or rescheduled

• Bookings for this offer are limited and subject to availability. Not valid with any other offer
• Entire value must be used in one visit; any unused portions will be forfeited, and cannot be used at a later date
